Breakfast
- Bagel thin (I use gluten-free) w/ spread avocado, fried egg white and Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
- Fruit Salad (use the fruits you love) – with (1) lime and (1) tbsp of honey
Lunch
- Turkey, Tomato, and Avocado Sandwich on Bread w/ chopped veggies (I use broccoli, carrots, and peppers) and dip of your choice.
- Tacos (always tacos) – soft corn tortillas w/ ground chicken or turkey, sautéed peppers and onions and salsa topped with guacamole!
Dinner
- Chicken Breast in a crockpot with diced tomatoes, garlic, sea salt, and pepper, and roasted brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes
- Everything Summer Salad – roasted broccoli, broccoli, and cauliflower over greens w/ berries, sliced almonds, and protein of your choice! Top with homemade lemon-garlic dressing (1/4c lemon juice, 1tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1tbsp olive oil) with Texas toast (use Udi’s GF bread if needed)
Dessert
- Banana w/ Peanut Butter & Chocolate
- 2 squares of Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate
- Enlightened or Halo Top ice cream
- Trail mix: Popcorn, dark chocolate chips, Lightly salted almonds, and (gluten free) pretzels.
